CARDIFF, UK-Alder King has completed the leasing of all three industrial units situated at LDS House, Ty Verlon Industrial Estate in Barry, with the latest lease to Screwfix Direct. Action for Children and City Electrical Factor are the other two tenants. Screwfix Direct has leased a trade counter unit measuring 3,500 square feet. The rent for the 10-year lease was GBP 4.7 per square foot.
