SILVER SPRING, MD-Citybizlist.com reported that the Goldstar Group and Finmarc Management have purchased 11800 Tech Road in Silver Spring. The flex office building, which measures approximately 250,000 square feet, is situated in Silver Spring's North Silver Spring/Route 29 submarket.
The building is 83% leased to tenants including Comcast, Holy Cross Hospital and the General Services Administration. The Goldstar Group and Finmarc Management paid $21.3 million for the property. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
