BALTIMORE-Discount grocery store Aldi Inc. and rent-to-own retailer Aaron's Inc. have signed lease deals totaling over 25,000 square feet at Loch Raven Plaza in Towson. Aaron's will take 7,566 square feet at the shopping center located at Loch Raven Boulevard, Goucher Boulevard and Taylor Avenue.
Loch Raven Plaza is owned by DLC Management Corp. It also houses various tenants including Dollar Tree, Subway, Radio Shack and Mattress Discounters. Aldi and Aaron's will open their stores this fall. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
