SAN DIEGO-BioMed Realty Trust Inc. has acquired a 15.7-acre land at Summers Ridge Road and Camino Santa Fe in San Diego's Sorrento Mesa neighborhood for $20 million. Immediately after the purchase, the Rancho Bernardo-based real estate investment trust leased the site to Advanced BioHealing Inc.
