WASHINGTON, DC-Brandywine Realty Trust and its partner Current Creek Investments LLC, a subsidiary of Allstate Insurance, have purchased three office properties known as Station Square in Silver Spring for $120.6 million. The joint venture paid $241 per square foot for the three Washington-area buildings, which total 499,395 square feet.
The buildings include 1010 Wayne Avenue, 1100 Wayne Avenue and 8484 Georgia Avenue. A joint venture between the subsidiary of BNY Mellon and Bethesda-based Moore & Associates was the seller. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
