ALBANY-Developer Sonny Bonacio is planning to construct a 36,000-square-foot office building and an 11-screen movie theater on the former Price Chopper site in downtown Saratoga Springs, New York. The site plan for the office building/movie theater was approved last week by the Saratoga County planning board.
The proposed plan calls for a three-story professional office building and a 1,770-seat movie theater. Price Chopper Limited closed the 24,000-square-foot store when it opened a new store in late April. For the full story, go to The Business Review .
