PHOENIX-Prologis, a San Francisco-based real estate investment trust, has paid $6.2 million for the old Plastican Inc. warehouse facility in west Phoenix. The 106,000-square-foot warehouse, which sits on 21.5 acres of land near Buckeye Road and 43rd Avenue, was sold by a Plastican Inc. entity, Plastican Phoenix Properties LLC.
