BURLINGTON, MA-Green Mountain Coffee Roasters Inc. has inked a lease with Gutierrez Co. for 424,000 square feet at the Burlington Research Center in Burlington. The lease deal will pave way for the development of Green Mountain Coffee Roasters' build-to-suit facility at the center.
