WASHINGTON, DC-Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers LLC and MRP Realty have partnered to develop a 14-story multifamily project in Washington, DC's NoMa neighborhood. The 400-unit Washington Gateway Apartments will be built at 100 Florida Ave. NE.
The apartment building will come up at the junction of Florida Avenue and New York Avenue. Davis Construction is the general contractor and the architect is SK&I Architectural Design Group.
