JACKSONVILLE, FL-The J. Raymond Construction Corp. in Longwood will construct a Marshalls store and a Dick's Sporting Goods store at Parkway Shops situated on the other side of the River City Marketplace. On June 22, the contractor received three building permits from the city of Jacksonville for the $8.4-million project at 14964 Duval Road.
The $2.4-million Marshalls store will comprise 25,000 square feet; the $4.5-million Dick's will comprise 45,000 square feet; and a $1.5-million retail building will comprise 19,403 square feet. For the full story, go to Jacksonville Business Journal .
