HANOVER, MD-Baltimore-based Questar Properties Inc. will be giving the finishing touches this month on two apartment projects in Hanover. The two adjacent properties, The Villas at Dorsey Ridge and Serenity Place, are scheduled to offer leases in July.
The Villas at Dorsey Ridge comprises 561 units and Serenity Place contains 323 units. They feature movie theaters, conference rooms, concierge services, children's playrooms and swimming pools.
