JACKSONVILLE, FL-Birmingham, Alabama-based Arlington Properties Inc. has filed site plans with the city of Jacksonville for a third apartment community near the junction of State Road 9A and Baymeadows Road East. The company is planning to construct Twin Lakes Apartments, a 239-unit complex, close to the planned 300-unit Hacienda and the 252-unit Cabana Club.
