BOSTON-The Dana-Farber Cancer Institute has leased 154,100 square feet at Longwood Center in Boston. Dana-Farber is the anchor occupant of Longwood Center, an 11-story structure being constructed on a site at 360 Longwood Avenue. Terms of the lease were not revealed. The institute is scheduled to occupy the space in 2014. A joint venture comprising National Development, Clarion Partners, Charles River Realty Investors, and Alexandria Real Estate Equities is the owner of Longwood Center.
