NEW YORK CITY-E D & F Man has signed a 22,000-square-foot lease at 2 Grand Central Tower for 10 years for an asking rent of $75 per square foot. The commodities trading firm will shift to the new office, which includes the whole 42nd floor and a 4,000-square-foot space in the 41st floor, in the fall. Rockwood Capital is the owner of the 44-story tower at 140 E. 42nd Street.
