JACKSONVILLE, FL-Duval County public records reveled that Canada-based Mattamy Homes has bought 50 acres in Bartram Park for an amount of $5.3 million. The company purchased the land from Eastland Company LLC, the developer of the 2,600-acre Bartram Park.

Eastland's development manager John Dodson said that Mattamy Homes will develop the land into 218 single-family home lots. The development will be the first stage of the Bartram Park Preserve. For the full story, go to Jacksonville Business Journal .
