HANOVER, MD-A real estate firm based in Pennsylvania has bought an industrial facility in Hanover. Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania-based Exeter Property Group purchased the 125,000-square-foot facility at 7495 Race Road for $8.25 million.
The identity of the seller was not disclosed. The industrial building, developed in 2008, sits on 14 acres of land adjacent to Interstate 295. Cushman & Wakefield Inc.'s Brian Kruger, Christopher Abramson, Jared Ross, Michael Elardo and Nicholas Signor represented the seller. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
