LONDON-Goodman has obtained full planning permission for the development of a 231,000-square-foot distribution centre at Hatfield Business Park. Hoddesdon-based PCL Transport will manage and operate the new facility for Arla Foods.
Construction is slated to start this summer and the property is expected to be fully functional by mid-2013. Goodman is signing a lease for 15 years with PCL Transport.
