NASHVILLE-Host Hotels & Resorts Inc. of Bethesda, Maryland, has struck a joint venture partnership with Indiana-based White Lodging Services to build the Hyatt Place, a $46-million hotel under construction in downtown Nashville. The 255-room hotel is located at 301 Third Ave. South.
