NEW YORK CITY-Mark Monasebian, a real estate investor, has taken the retail corner at 750 Eighth Ave. on West 46th Street for Satya Eastern Kitchen, a new Asian-fusion concept. A high ceiling and sidewalk prominence join to make the space look bigger than 2,700 square feet.
