NEW YORK CITY-Turner & Townsend Ferzan Robbins has leased the whole fifth floor of a 21-story building situated at 11 E. 26th Street for seven years. The asking rent for the 12,083-square-foot lease was $40 per square foot. The company will occupy the space on September 1, 2012. East Twenty Sixth Associates is the owner of the tower located between Madison and Fifth avenues.
