NEW YORK CITY-Philadelphia-based Lithe Method is opening a cheerleading fitness center in the Flatiron District. The company recently leased 4,400 square feet of space at 32 W. 18th St. situated between Fifth and Sixth avenues for 10 years.

The asking rent for the deal, which covers a 1,100-square-foot basement, was $75 per square foot. Alan Bonett, an Adams & Co. broker, represented the tenant, while Newmark Grubb Knight Frank Retail's Amy Zhen and Jeffrey Roseman represented YHD 18, the landlord, in the lease transaction.
