MINNEAPOLIS-Mono, an advertising agency, has signed a 20,320-square-foot office lease at MoZaic project in the Uptown area of Minneapolis. The new 8-year lease has twice the space of the company's current office situated at 3036 Hennepin Avenue. Marquee Real Estate Advisors' Tony Weinstein brokered the deal for Mono. The Ackerberg Group is the owner and developer of the MoZaic project.
