BOSTON-Officials have started construction on a $120-million apartment project in Boston's Seaport District. John Drew of The Drew Co., in collaboration with J.P Morgan, started construction on the 236-unit Waterside Place in the Seaport's Innovation District.
The 20-story building will also comprise 10,000 square feet of retail and 7,000 square feet of workspace. Drew is leasing a three-acre site at the corner of D and Congress streets from the Massachusetts Port Authority. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
