CICERO, IL-Minneapolis-based Opus Development Corp. has sold an industrial building measuring 292,000 square feet at 1540 S. 54th Ave. in Cicero for $21.6 million. Boston-based Cabot Properties Inc. was the buyer of the fully-leased industrial building in the Cicero Business Center.
Chicago-based Cloverhill Pastry-Vend LLC occupies the entire facility under a 15-year lease inked in March 2011. Opus developed the South 54th Avenue building in 2009.
