NEW YORK CITY-The retail at the base of the Gotham Organization-developed Atlas New York is now available for lease, GlobeSt.com has confirmed. Brokerage firm Winick Realty Group LLC is marketing 1018 Sixth Avenue, a 3,000-square-foot space located on the southeast corner of Sixth Avenue and West 38th Street – a site with high visibility in a heavily-tourist trafficked area.
