TAMPA, FL-Mimms Enterprises has sold Bloomingdale Hills, a shopping center anchored by a Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market, for $9.3 million. The neighborhood retail center measuring 78,442 square feet at 10863 West Bloomingdale Ave. in Riverview was purchased by Thompson National Properties.
The center is fully leased to tenants such as Happy's Home Centers, Liberty Tax Service and Tampa Children's Hospital Outpatient Facility. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler negotiated the deal on behalf of Mimms Enterprises. For the full story, go to Tampa Bay Business Journal .
