CLEVELAND-Cleveland Plain Dealer reported that charter schools situated in Ohio will have an opportunity to buy the Cleveland school district's downtown headquarters. Cuyahoga County estimated the value of the building at $18.9 million in 2009 and now the district has listed that price as fair market value.
