COLUMBUS, OH-ECOT has bought the Southland Mall property at 3660 S. High St. for $2.95 million from Bob Evans Farms Inc. The company currently occupies nearly two-thirds of the former 145,000-square-foot retail mall.

Bob Evans will take the remaining space in the building until it moves its headquarters to New Albany in 2014. The building has a call center and training facility. ECOT has been leasing space in the 27-acre property since 2000. For the full story, go to Columbus Business First .
