WASHINGTON, DC-Jacksonville-based Integrated Construction LLC has gained a contract to construct a $3.6-million hotel in the Washington, DC metro area. The new Value Place extended-stay hotel in Suitland will comprise 121 studios, vending and laundry areas and staff facilities.

The architect of the 49,000-square-foot hotel is Overland Park, Kansas-based Howard + Helmer Architecture. The project is scheduled to be finished by December.
