CLEARWATER, FL-Klein & Heuchan Inc. has completed the sale of the Shoppes on Sand Key, a 40,000-square-foot shopping center in Clearwater. D.A. Bennett Co. has sold the waterfront retail center at 1261 Gulf Blvd. to RNJ Sand Key LLC for $9.1 million.
The retail center, which sits on three acres of land, was 98% occupied at closing. Major tenants in the center include Backwaters on Sand Key, Dunkin' Donuts and The Columbia Restaurant. Klein & Heuchan Inc. handled the deal for the seller. For the full story, go to Tampa Bay Business Journal .
