CHICAGO-A local developer has pocketed $34.8 million on the disposition of two senior housing communities in the city. A venture headed by Senior Lifestyle Corp. sold Autumn Green at Wright Campus, a 129-unit retirement community at 4239 N. Oak Park Ave., and Autumn Green at Midway Village, a 123-unit facility at 6700 S. Keating Ave., to a subsidiary of Toledo, Ohio-based Health Care REIT Inc.
