ST. LOUIS-Lodging Hospitality Management Inc. has paid $33 million for Westport Plaza located at Page Avenue and Interstate 270. The company purchased the mixed-use development from InterContinental Hotels Group, based in Philadelphia.
LHM already owns the two hotels, the Sheraton Westport Lakeside Chalet and Sheraton Westport Hotel Plaza, at the center. Westport Plaza comprises over 200,000 square feet of retail, entertainment and restaurant space; over 500,000 square feet of office space; and 18,000 square feet of conference rooms.
