CHANDLER, AZ-An investment firm based in Scottsdale is seeking new tenants for its 164,000-square-foot warehouse in Chandler. Globe Corporation purchased the warehouse facility, situated in the Westech Corporate Center between Warner and Elliott, for $7.6 million from Tacoma, Washington-based Milgard Manufacturing.
The Class A industrial facility was developed in 2005. The new owner is planning to fill the vacant space in the building within three months. Phoenix-based Lee & Associates brokered the deal on behalf of the buyer. For the full story, go to Phoenix Business Journal .
