MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA-Western Digital Corp. has signed a long-term lease for a 40,000-square-foot space in an office/research and development building situated at 640 Clyde Court. WTA Clyde LLC is the owner of the single-story property. In the deal, Cornish & Carey Commercial Newmark Knight Frank's Jeff Arrillaga brokered for the owner, while Cassidy Turley's Kelly Yoder and Steve Horton brokered for the tenant.
