DETROIT-United Methodist Retirement Communities and Presbyterian Villages of Michigan are preparing start a second phase of senior apartments in the East Riverfront District of Detroit. The agencies, along with Henry Ford Health System, will construct a $7-million, 50-unit senior housing complex on the east side of the $27.5-million first phase, which is currently under construction.
