BUFFALO-Kevin Helfer and Paul Lamparelli have reached a contract purchase a long-vacant structure on the 500 block at 535 Main St. in downtown Buffalo. The four-story Rose Nails building is under contract.
Lakewood, New Jersey-based Seymour Investments LLC is the owner of the building. It bought the property for $125,000 in 2005. Helfer and Lamparelli are planning to put office, restaurant or retail on the first floor of the building and residential units on the upper floors. For the full story, go to Buffalo Business First .
