NEW YORK CITY-Akerman Senterfitt has signed a lease for 48,000 square feet of office space at 666 Fifth Ave. The Miami-based law firm will occupy the 19th and 20th floors of the building that was earlier occupied by Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe.
Akerman currently leases 40,355 square feet of space at 335 Madison Ave. It is expected to relocate to the new location during Q1 2013. Kushner Cos. recently recapitalized the property with Vornado Realty Trust, which was represented in-house in the deal. For the full story, go to New York Post .
