PLYMOUTH, UK-Metric has purchased a retail unit in Camborne, Cornwall, for Metric Income Plus Limited Partnership (MIPP), a joint venture between Universities Superannuation Scheme (USS) and Metric. The company paid GBP 8.2 million to a private property company for the 48,500-square-foot retail unit.
The unit is entirely leased to B&Q and is located near Camborne Retail Park. Metric has also bought two retail units totaling 36,000 square feet on Midland Road in Bedford for GBP 5.7 million. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
