DALLAS-LA Fitness has leased a former Borders Books location in the Old Town Shopping Center in Dallas. The Houston-based company has leased 45,000 square feet in the shopping center situated near Greenville Avenue and Lovers Lane to build a workout center.
LA Fitness is slated to open the new location at the end of this year. In the lease deal, the tenant was represented by Diversified Partners and Venture Commercial, while the landlord was represented by The Weitzman Group. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
