
FRANKFURT-A North American investor advised by MGPA has purchased the KOMM shopping center in Offenbach from HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung. The downtown center comprises 234,115 square feet of leasable space and about 200 in-house parking spaces.
The center includes retail, medical practice and office space and it is approximately 91% leased. It has three levels of shopping area and the third and fourth levels have medical practice and office tenants. The center was developed in September 2009. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
