SUNNYVALE, CA-Terreno Realty Corp., a real estate company based in San Francisco, has paid approximately $33.7 million for three industrial facilities in Sunnyvale. The buildings are fully leased to Cepheid Inc. and RAE Systems Inc.
The properties include two R&D buildings totaling approximately 101,000 square feet at 1339 Moffett Park Drive and 904 East Caribbean Drive and an approximately 71,000-square-foot distribution building at 914-918 East Caribbean Drive.
