SEATTLE-Pebblebrook Hotel Trust has acquired two hotel properties for a total price of $62.5 million. Pebblebrook purchased a 124-room hotel called Hotel Vintage Park Seattle for $32.5 million and a 117-room hotel called Hotel Vintage Plaza Portland for $30.5 million. Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants is the manager of both hotels. Kimpton is already the manager of Pebblebrook's five other hotels.
The Skamania Lodge in Stevenson and Hotel Monaco in Seattle are the other two hotels owned by Pebblebrook in Washington. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
