NORMAN, OK-Pierce Education Properties LP, a San Diego-based owner and developer of student housing properties, has secured a refinancing worth $23 million for its Crimson Park in Norman, Oklahoma. Crimson Park is a 268-unit, 792-bed student housing complex for the University of Oklahoma. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler (HFF) LP's San Diego office organized the financing for the community. Ten-year, 3.8% securitized loans were placed by HFF with a Freddie Mac's program.
