
ROCKLIN, CA-San Jose-based DiNapoli Capital Partners has acquired Woodstream Homes, a townhouse complex comprising 137 units in Rocklin, for $152,000 per unit or $20.9 million. The complex was sold by Capital Valley Investments of Rocklin and Calabasas as the company is concentrating on projects featuring more than 200 units. ARA Pacific negotiated the deal.
