NEW YORK CITY-Ageless Men's Health has signed a lease for five years with Scott and Judith Kempe for 1,200 square feet at 80 Park Avenue, a 21-story condominium tower situated between East 38th and East 39th streets. The asking rent for the newly leased space was $65 per square foot.
