HOUSTON-The Houston Chronicle reported that the family of late Dan Duncan is buying two buildings in downtown Houston for approximately $550 million. The family has agreed to purchase the 1.8-million-square-foot office complex for $307 per square foot.
HFF is marketing the One Shell Plaza, a 50-story tower at 910 Louisiana, and Two Shell Plaza, a 17-story building at 777 Walker, on behalf of the Hines U.S. Core Office Fund. Shell Oil occupies the two buildings. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal .
