MIAMI BEACH-Gap Inc. is expanding to a two-story flagship store at Lincoln Road Mall situated at 1001 Lincoln Road in Miami Beach. The closing store will take nearly 20,000 square feet and 9,000 square feet will be leased to an additional tenant.
Comras handled the long-term lease. Michael Comras, President of Comras, and Jonathan Fryd negotiated the deal on behalf of the owner. Construction is scheduled to start on the Lincoln Road project in early 2013. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
