BUFFALO-Ali Rizek, a local hotelier, is planning to build Comfort Inn and Suites, a 100-room hotel in Niagara Falls, to serve people using the Fashion Outlets shopping center and Niagara Falls International Airport. The property is situated on Niagara Falls Boulevard.
Rizek is working along with Niagara County Industrial Development Agency to get an incentive package for the hotel project. The proposed plans call for the Comfort Inn and a restaurant parcel. Construction is scheduled to begin later this year. For the full story, go to Buffalo Business First .
