ST. LOUIS-McCarthy Building Cos. Inc. of St. Louis has commenced a renovation and addition for Elantas Pdg Inc. of St. Louis. The $10-million project in downtown St. Louis includes a complete remodeling of a 32,000-square-foot structure into engineering, administrative and research space.
The project also covers a 4,000-square-foot addition to accommodate mechanical systems. The complex, situated on Second Street, is scheduled to be completed by August 2013.
