MIAMI-New Boston Fund has acquired Waterford Centre, a 91,000-square-foot office building in the Blue Lagoon Business Park in Miami. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Waterford Centre, constructed in 1999, is located at 6205 Blue Lagoon Drive. An entity functioning as Waterford Centre Inc. was the seller. The new owner has plans to upgrade the property. Lincoln Property Co. will handle property management services and Blanca Commercial Real Estate will handle marketing and leasing services at the building.
